There is a $35 yearly registration fee for the first two family members. Your registration fee is paid at the time of registration. Your annual registration fee will be due again at the same time your next year.
Our lessons are ongoing; we do not do "sessions." Payment for your first month is collected at the time of registration and then through a monthly direct debit on the 1st of each month.
The class rolls for the day are posted on the large white board located at the entrance of our facility. When you enter our facility, look on the white board and find the time for your lesson; then look across the row and find the student's name. The designated pool area for your class will be listed at the top of the quadrant in which the student's name appears. Your class may not be in the same pool every week, so make sure you check the daily roll to make sure you're in the right place!
No, there is no need to check in prior to your lesson. Simply check the daily roll to see which pool your class will be held and wait in the designated pool area until your instructor calls your name at the start of class.
All classes begin and end promptly at their designated time. We ask that parents and students not interrupt instructors while they are teaching; however, you may leave them a message at the swim counter or send them an email. All instructor contact information is located under facility on our staff page.
The recommended equipment for a level is located on the swim level sheet after the listed skills for each level. We recommend waiting to speak with your instructor so they can advise you on the swim aides they prefer you to purchase.
We provide back floats, noodles, kickboards, and pool toys for all students during their lesson.
We have a handful of instructors who have experience dealing with special needs children. Special needs children generally do not do well in a group environment; if you have a special needs child we recommend scheduling a private lesson. When you call to book private lessons, please let us know what your child's needs are, if they have any handicaps, and the type of personalities they respond best to. We will, in turn, suggest instructors who will be able to handle your child's needs.
Nothing offered at this time, everything is lesson based.
We are open Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm. Swim lessons may start earlier and may end later than retail business hours.
We rarely close due to inclement weather. We may pull swimmers out of the water when lightning is very near, but usually we have everyone stay in the swim hallway until it is deemed safe to resume classes. If we do cancel classes, we will have an automated message on our phone system to notify callers of class cancellations, so please call before you drive if you are unsure.
Pictures of all our instructors are available at the entrance of our facility. Their biographies and pictures are available on our website staff page.
If you are unsure about whether a particular instructor is a good fit for you, please call or see us at the swim counter so we can help you choose an instructor that will help you achieve your goals.
